Yes it is green jello salad.
Lime jello plus shredded carrots and celery with a side of mayo.
I really hope it's at the Minnesota Thanksgiving, if so I'm trying it.

Mayo makes me gag but mayo with green jello? That makes me vomit. Thanksgiving dinner was great--I think the rolls and mashed potatoes were my fave, I love the carbs. Can't wait to hear if had the mayo madness in Minnesota!

Yup, but without the mayo. it was interesting. not as bad as i thought it would be, just like it seems, mostly lime jello flavor with a touch of carrot and celery mostly noticeable by the crunch!
